Senior Financial Analyst

Overview An established manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial and operational decision-making at its production facility. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and engineering to analyze manufacturing performance, trace financial activity through the ERP system, and provide insight into cost drivers across the business. Summary The Senior Financial Analyst will work hands-on with transactional data, inventory activity, and production metrics to ensure financial accuracy and help leadership understand operational performance. This is a highly collaborative role with strong visibility across the organization and opportunities to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing and operational financial data to identify cost drivers, performance trends, and improvement opportunities Work within the ERP system to trace transactions, validate financial activity, and ensure accurate data flow between operations and finance Partner with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to understand production processes and evaluate financial impact of changes Support analysis of manufacturing variances and operational performance metrics Participate in inventory and production-related financial activities, including reconciliation, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy reviews Support month-end close by preparing analysis, journal entries, and financial reporting related to manufacturing operations Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial modeling Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and data visibility within the manufacturing environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or manufacturing finance Experience working with ERP systems and navigating transactional data #J-18808-Ljbffr Connexa Search Group
