Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily operations, training new staff, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. You will develop work schedules, assist with inventory management, and help with store audits to uphold safety and performance standards. Key Duties Build customer loyalty through excellent service. Lead and train team members. Manage store safety. Ensure policies are followed. Qualifications & Skills At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in KPI data analysis. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Be able to stand for long periods.
