• Weekly Gross Pay: $1,720/week
• W2 Rate: $20/hour
• Weekly Stipend: $1,000/week
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Location: International Falls, MN
Specialty: Medical-Surgical
Job Type: Travel
Shift: Days

SCHEDULE

• Choose 4×10-hour shifts or 5×8-hour shifts
• Traveler preference must be provided at submission
• Occasional Saturday: Once a month for dermatology clinic
• No holiday rotation
• No call/call-back required
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Minnesota LPN/LVN License
• AHA BLS required
• Negative TB test required
• No vaccination requirements
  

CLINIC DETAILS

• Rural Health Clinic
• Typical staffing: 1 nurse per provider
• Floating only within the clinic to assist other providers or nurses as needed
• Scrub colors: Any
