URGENTLY HIRING: LPN/LVN-Med Surg

• Hourly Rate: $22.82 – $30.93/hour, based on experience
• Annual Salary: Approximately $47,465.60 – $64,334.40 based on 40 hours/week
• Sign-On Bonus: Discussed at the time of offer; typically paid in installments throughout the first year
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided at the time of offer

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Job Type: Permanent Placement

Schedule

• 40 hours/week guaranteed
• Option of 5×8-hour shifts or 4×10-hour shifts , depending on provider schedule
• No weekends
• No holidays
• No on call/call-back requirements
  

Requirements

• Active Minnesota LPN License
• BLS certification required
• Negative TB test required
• LPN/LVN experience preferred based on position requirements
• Epic experience/charting system
  

Position Details

• Typical staffing: 1 nurse per provider
• Float requirement: Within the clinic only, assisting other providers or nurses as needed
  

Vaccination

• No specific vaccination requirements
• Negative TB test required
