Our Support Team Includes Transaction Coordination: From contract to close, our TC team manages deadlines, paperwork, compliance, and communication. Marketing Coordinator: Property marketing, social media, ad campaigns, assistance with event planning - done for you. Listing Manager: Appointment setting, professional photography, MLS entry, client follow-ups. Director of Operations: Database management, lead management, system optimization, and resource management. Responsibilities Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Use our top-tier systems, CRM, and marketing tools Collaborate with the team on strategy and growth Participate in coaching, training, and accountability sessions Qualifications Must have a valid Real Estate License A successful and proven sales history is preferred Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Show good organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Tech savvy Compensation $100,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Scott Varley Real Estate
