Real Estate Paralegal/Title Assistant

Responsibilities The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's Title Administrator on all aspects of real estate title services including, without limitation, placement of new title search orders with independent searchers routinely utilized by the firm, reading title searches as they come in, compiling preliminary title reports, assisting in resolving title issues as they may arise, preparing title affidavits and transfer materials for final closing, as well as preparing final mortgage and owner/fee title policies, and spearheading mortgage/judgment payoffs, tax escrows, title premium remittances to the underwriter, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Rohan Law Group, P.C.
