The Opportunity: As the Property Manager / Investor Assistant , you will take a leading role in the operations and management of our multifamily and short-term rental investments. You'll directly impact financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and overall portfolio value, while also contributing to high-level growth and marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to build the foundation of a property management division within a high-performing, investment-focused environment. We will also help you get started, or grow, as a real estate investor by sharing our systems and contacts. Responsibilities: Attract, screen, and retain high-quality tenants Execute leases, renewals, and terminations Resolve tenant concerns professionally and promptly Enforce property rules and lease compliance 2. Maintenance & Repairs Coordinate and schedule maintenance/repairs Conduct regular property inspections Manage relationships with vendors and contractors Develop and manage property budgets Oversee rent collection and income tracking Control expenses to ensure profitability Prepare and present financial reports 4. Marketing & Occupancy Create marketing strategies to boost occupancy Research market trends and adjust pricing Promote listings through digital platforms 5. Compliance & Legal Ensure compliance with housing laws and building codes Manage evictions and legal proceedings as necessary 6. Performance Analysis & Capital Planning Analyze property KPIs and recommend improvements Identify value-add opportunities and capital upgrades 7. Team Management Oversee on-site maintenance and admin staff Conduct performance reviews and training Identify and mitigate operational risks Maintain proper insurance coverage 9. Administrative & Marketing Support Update website and manage social media presence Manage vendor agreements, newsletters, and bill calendar Requirements: Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong financial literacy and budgeting experience Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution Highly organized with the ability to multitask Why Join Us?
