Advanced practice providers manage the treatment and care for our patients in the practice setting and at AdventHealth's eleven campuses across Florida. Our Urology group in Kissimmee offers advanced surgical and non‑surgical treatments for urologic conditions affecting both men and women, utilizing minimally‑invasive procedures and the da Vinci Surgical System to provide same‑day service when possible. General Summary Performs physical examinations of patients; evaluates and treats acute and chronic urologic conditions, including urologic oncology, in clinic and hospital settings. Orders and interprets diagnostic tests such as routine laboratory work, X‑rays, and other studies. Monitors patients’ courses of treatment and makes referrals to physicians or specialists as needed. Collaborates with physicians and staff to provide consistent patient care and support staff needs. Performs procedures including urodynamics and, upon training, cystoscopy. Assists first‑time with urologic surgeries such as removal of kidney stones. Maintains a caring and professional attitude while pursuing personal and professional growth. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with employees, patients, and the public. Schedule Details Monday–Friday weekdays. Call responsibilities and weekend coverage. Required Education/Experience Master’s degree in Physician Assistant (PA‑C) Studies. Bi‑lingual in Spanish. At least 3 years of experience as a PA‑C in Urology and Oncology. Licensure, Certification, and Registration Current, valid Florida PA or APRN license. Certification by NCCPA, ANCC, or equivalent. First Assist Certification (APRN).
