Urology Opportunity – AdventHealth Kissimmee Description AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic and hard‑working general urologist to join our team in Central Florida. The new physician will work at the Kissimmee practice location and help grow our outpatient presence in the Osceola County market. Responsibilities Provide inpatient call coverage at AdventHealth Kissimmee in rotation with partners. Build a vibrant outpatient practice in Kissimmee, including a shared call model with other urologists and APPs, which makes weekend call less frequent. Perform robotic surgery within the system as needed. Explore ASC investment opportunities to expand practice capacity. Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology. At least three years of experience preferred. High caliber, quality‑focused, innovative physician with strong verbal and written communication skills.
