You’ll work directly with real estate investors, flippers, landlords, and cash buyers , build valuable relationships, market properties, negotiate deals, and help move transactions from contract to closing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Market off-market and wholesale properties to qualified cash buyers and investors.

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, flippers, landlords, and real estate investors.

• Grow and manage an active buyer database through the CRM.

• Follow up with buyers, coordinate property showings, and generate offers.

• Negotiate pricing and deal terms to maximize assignment fees and profitability.

• Work closely with the Acquisitions team to match properties with the right buyers.

• Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other parties to help ensure smooth closings.

• Track buyer activity, property status, offers, and overall deal performance.

• Take ownership of the dispositions process from contract to successful closing.

Compensation

Performance-Based Income — Earn $250,000+ annually based on your performance, deal volume, assignment fees, and results.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Build and expand a network of qualified cash buyers, investors, flippers, and landlords through networking, referrals, marketing, and direct outreach.
• Market properties to potential buyers and identify the best opportunities for each deal.
• Communicate with buyers, answer property questions, and coordinate property tours and showings.
• Manage the dispositions process from the time a property is under contract through closing.
• Analyze offers and market conditions to help determine competitive pricing and maximize deal profitability.
• Negotiate offers, assignment terms, and other deal conditions with buyers.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with investors to generate repeat business and expand the buyer network.
• Stay informed on local real estate trends, property values, buyer demand, and available inventory.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, investor relations, or a related field.

• Ability to build and maintain a network of cash buyers, investors, and real estate professionals.

• Proven track record of negotiating deals and maximizing profitability.

• Strong communication skills to effectively market properties and coordinate with buyers.

• Ability to analyze market conditions and determine competitive pricing strategies.

• Experience in managing the disposition process from contract to closing.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing tools to manage buyer databases and track deals.
