What You’ll Be Doing Market off‑market and wholesale properties to qualified cash buyers and investors. Build and maintain relationships with buyers, flippers, landlords, and real estate investors. Grow and manage an active buyer database through the CRM. Follow up with buyers, coordinate property showings, and generate offers. Negotiate pricing and deal terms to maximize assignment fees and profitability. Work closely with the Acquisitions team to match properties with the right buyers. Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other parties to help ensure smooth closings. Track buyer activity, property status, offers, and overall deal performance. Take ownership of the dispositions process from contract to successful closing.
