** Position Overview ** EcoWater Texas is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Trainer to support the continued growth and success of our sales organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in motivating, developing, and inspiring sales professionals to reach their highest potential. The Sales Trainer will design and deliver structured, engaging training programs that teach product knowledge and our sales process. Acting as both a coach and mentor, this role promotes a culture of excellence, professionalism, and accountability across the team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills—serving as a trusted resource who empowers team members to perform confidently, consistently, and effectively in every customer interaction. ** Key Responsibilities ** Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales representatives. Coach sales professionals to improve communication, confidence, and close effectiveness. Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with company objectives and performance goals. Support recruitment and onboarding efforts by identifying, training, and developing high-potential candidates. Maintain and update training materials, sales scripts, and performance tracking tools to ensure consistency and clarity. Evaluate training outcomes and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement. Stay informed on EcoWater products, industry trends, and competitive market insights. Have one training class per week, classes are 3-4 days each. ** Qualifications ** Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training, coaching, or management (experience in the water treatment or home improvement industry is a plus). Proven success in driving sales performance and leading teams toward measurable results. Strong background in training design, facilitation, and adult learning principles. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and digital training tools. Professional demeanor, organizational excellence, and attention to detail.
