Director, Government Pricing & Contract Operations

Dyne Therapeutics seeks a Director of Government Pricing & Contract Operations to lead compliance and oversight of government pricing and contract administration processes. The role requires expertise in government pricing regulations, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee execution and compliance of government pricing and contract administration processes
Manage external vendors responsible for pricing calculations, validation, and submissions
Serve as internal subject matter expert on government pricing regulations and requirements
Partner with Market Access, Finance, Legal, and Compliance on pricing strategy impact
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in pricing operations

Requirements

Expert knowledge of government pricing regulations and methodologies
Experience overseeing government price reporting and contractual compliance
Proven vendor management and operational oversight capabilities
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with finance and legal teams
Track record of building and maintaining compliance frameworks
