This CSR's main focus will be supporting our Bulk Reef Supply website.What You'll DoProvide support for customers utilizing an in-bound and outbound telephone system, email, fax, live chat, walk-in and will-callAnswer questions from customers on various aspects of their orders that include cancels, returns shipping issues and various other needs.Provide product troubleshootingAnswer hobby knowledge questionsAssist customers with processing their orders.Support customers account questions in a timely manner.Respond to customer concerns by recommending the best course of action according to established department policies and proceduresParticipate in continuous education in the saltwater and freshwater aquarium industry to include time spent in product research and testingParticipate in team development of quarterly and annual project-based goals and perform self-directed activities to support completion of goalsWhat We Require In Education, Experience And SkillsHigh School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of one-year telephone customer service, retail or other related experienceAquarium hobby and product knowledge is a mustPrevious experience with saltwater reef systems is a plusDemonstrated understanding of water elements and their function within the reef aquarium is a plusDemonstrated working knowledge of equipment utilized in the saltwater aquarium industry is a plusAbility to learn working and advanced knowledge of our brand products.Strong customer service orientation and commitment to company core valuesOrganized, detail-oriented and able to concentrate on details with interruptionsThrive in a self-directed, motivated, entrepreneurial environmentThis is an in office roll and you must be willing to work in Golden Valley, MNShift is M-Th 9:00am-6:00pm and F 7:30am-4pm central timeAperture is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
