Shipping & Receiving Associate
Irving, TX
Cold Storage Meat Processing Company
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience
⏰ Overtime: Must be available to work overtime as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing meat shipments.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and process shipping documents.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Enter shipment and inventory information into the computer system.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Organize inventory and maintain proper product rotation.
- Follow all food safety, quality, and warehouse safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- Previous Shipping & Receiving experience is required.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Computer experience is required.
- Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.
- Experience in a cold storage warehouse or meat processing facility is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
