Associate Shipping/Receiving Specialist Company: Boeing Distribution, Inc. Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for an Associate Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our team in Coppell, TX. The Shipping & Receiving (Level B) assists with initial verification for identification and damage on incoming/outgoing receivers/shippers. Processes receiving/shipping documentation. Packages and processes shipments. Assists with maintaining inventory of shipping/receiving supplies in Coppell, TX. General knowledge of transportation, shipping, receiving, and storage procedures to understand and identify potential requirements and impacts (e.g., Electrostatic Discharge [ESD], hazardous material, OSHA, EHS). Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): 2+ years’ experience in shipping operations, warehouse outbound functions, or related logistics roles. Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs frequently and up to 75lbs with assistance or equipment, per company policy. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Experienced driving Forklifts or other product handling machine Proficiency with standard PC applications (email, spreadsheets) and experience with SAP/EWM-ERP. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and labeling. Ability to read and interpret packing lists, routing instructions, and shipping paperwork. Effective communication and teamwork skills. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
