Your Mission

• Oversee Projects: Run HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring systems meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
• Build It Right: Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, and ventilation systems including ductwork to precise specs.
• Lead the Crew: Supervise installation crews, assign tasks, mentor apprentices, and foster a strong team culture of craftsmanship.
• Read the Plans: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to plan and execute efficient system layouts.
• Test & Verify: Perform system testing and diagnostics to ensure proper operation before customer turnover.
• Connect with Customers: Communicate clearly with homeowners, team members, and project managers to ensure job satisfaction and timely completion.
• Document Accurately: Maintain accurate job documentation including work orders, equipment records, and inspection reports.
• Care for Gear: Ensure all tools, equipment, and company vehicles are maintained and used properly.
• Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory codes, and company policies at all times on every job site.

Requirements:

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years installing HVAC equipment.
• Skills: Proficient in duct design, layout, full fabrication, and system startups (including zoning).
• Leadership: The ability to guide a crew and foster growth in others.
• Communication: Strong verbal skills to explain technical details to customers.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.
• Credentials: Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass a background check.
