Priority Mechanical Contractors, a leading mechanical contracting firm, has been serving Maryland, DC, and Virginia for more than 45 years. Property management companies, general contractors, energy services companies (ESCOs), and developers in the Mid-Atlantic area have relied on PMC to handle their mechanical needs.
We are currently seeking an HVAC Sheet Metal Lead Mechanic to join our team. Competitive compensation based on work experience. Benefits include a company vehicle with gas card, telephone, uniforms, paid leave, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and 10 paid holidays. Weekly pay, annual performance review, and performance bonus.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience and be skilled in the following areas:
- Installation of air distribution systems
- Fabrication of ductwork/fittings a plus
- Comprehension of blueprints/specifications
- Multi-Family and/or Light Commercial/Industrial construction projects
-MD HVAC Apprentice license or better is a plus
-A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record is required
-Must be able to perform duties in compliance with OSHA regulations.
