Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of general dentistry services in a patient-centered, low-volume, quality-focused setting.
• Conduct thorough examinations, diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's communication style, sensory requirements, and comfort levels.
• Perform clinical tasks including preventive and restorative care, basic prosthodontics, extractions, and simple endodontics when appropriate.
• Manage dental emergencies with a focus on comfort, trust-building, and safety.
• Utilize behavior management strategies, desensitization techniques, and trauma-informed care to help patients acclimate to dental treatments.
• Collaborate with caregivers, support staff, physicians, and therapists to coordinate care and determine the need for advanced behavior guidance, sedation, or hospital-based dentistry, arranging referrals as necessary.
