Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Position Summary A Production Associate is responsible for front line production needs, operating CNC turning and milling machines, assembly, and other assigned duties in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. Starting wage is based on experience and shift. Various shifts are available, with off shifts including shift differential pay. Responsibilities Operate CNC turning and milling machines, and perform assembly work. Maintain visual alertness, hand dexterity, and attention to detail. Participate in Lean Manufacturing daily Kaizen activities. Adapt to change in assignments, and work overtime and occasional Saturdays as required. Support team members and adhere to company core values. Qualifications Minimum 18 years old. Pass a background check and drug screen. Positive attitude and ability to work with others. Preferred Skills Previous machine operator experience or high‑volume, medium mix manufacturing environment. Mechanical aptitude. High school diploma preferred (not required). Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, using hands and fingers. Lift up to 40 pounds several times a day. Job involves significant movement and motion. Benefits 401(k) contribution.
