Market Associate

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Market Associate.

What will you be doing most days?

- Greet and assist guests

- Maintain overall appearance of the market

- Order all merchandise (including but not limited to retail product, food items, beverages, beer and wine.)

- Manage inventory

- Conduct monthly inventory

- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day

What are the requirements for this position?

- You enjoy working with all types of people from all walks of life

- You have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced area is a must

- You must be able to work weekends and holidays

- You ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets

- You welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards

- You speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette

- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees

- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements for this Position

This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
