Human Resource Representative We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Human Resources Representative (HR Rep) to join our team! As the HR Rep, you will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our HR department, ensuring a positive Team Member experience, and helping to create a culture of engagement and development. Responsibilities Provide support to employees in all HR‑related matters, including benefits, payroll, and policies and procedures Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Maintain HR‑related databases and ensure the accuracy of employee records Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as needed Ability to build relationships Qualifications SHRM‑CP or PHR certification Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume HR environment Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or 3‑4 yrs of relevant experience Minimum of 2 years of HR experience Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent communication, organizational, collaborative, analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency with HR‑related software and technology Strong business acumen Travel Local travel is expected for this position.
