Intermediate Architectural Designers Needed

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 + annual bonus + comprehensive benefits A nationally recognized design practice is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer to join its award-winning team in New York City. This is an opportunity to contribute to luxury hospitality, restaurant, and cultural projects while collaborating with a creative, multidisciplinary team from concept through design development. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about thoughtful design, enjoys working in a collaborative studio environment, and can bring ambitious ideas to life through strong technical execution. Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and development of luxury hospitality, restaurant, and cultural interior projects from concept through design development. Prepare presentation drawings, design studies, and architectural documentation. Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and 3D models that clearly communicate design intent. Collaborate closely with senior designers, architects, consultants, and project teams throughout the design process. Participate in material research, space planning, and design coordination. Assist in producing high-quality drawing packages while maintaining exceptional design standards. Coordinate with consultants to support seamless project execution and documentation. Qualifications: Four to eight years of professional architectural experience. Experience with hospitality, restaurant, cultural, or high-end commercial interior projects. Strong design sensibility and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into buildable architectural solutions. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, V‑Ray, Lumion, or similar visualization software is highly desirable. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, design-focused studio. What you'll receive: Competitive base salary of $90,000–$110,000. Performance bonus.
