Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The successful candidate will have the following opportunities: Exposure to a diversified, multi-industry portfolio Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and influence strategy Collaborative, high-caliber finance team Long-term, stable organization focused on building value for future generations Clear path for career progression, with the potential to grow into a Director-level role Job Responsibilities Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting across a diverse portfolio (real estate, operating assets, joint ventures, and investment holdings) Prepare executive-level reporting, including portfolio performance, valuations, and long-term return analysis Build and maintain financial models supporting investments, debt structures, and cash flow planning Support capital allocation decisions through data-driven analysis and insights Develop tools and processes to enhance consolidation, reporting, and finance operations Perform ad hoc financial analysis across multiple business lines Prepare federal and state tax projections Partner with finance leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and long-term value creation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred but not required 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance Advanced proficiency in Excel, along with experience in Power Query, Power BI, and PowerPoint Familiarity with Snowflake and/or Python is a plus Proven experience developing scalable financial reporting models and dashboards Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage across all levels of the organization, including senior management and ownership Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands of Job Frequent hand motion with use and viewing of phones, keyboards, and computers Occasional climbing, bending, stooping and other activities required to safely and effectively navigate sit visits to owned properties Frequent standing or sitting for long periods of time to perform various office duties #J-18808-Ljbffr Wirtz Corporation
