About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Business Management for its Auto Retail and Consumer division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business growth strategic agenda, promoting the end-to-end delivery of priority initiatives, and building clear strategies that drive measurable outcomes. This role involves owning the business growth roadmap, identifying and developing new growth opportunities, and partnering with various teams to shape and execute dealer programs. The VP will also be tasked with leading cross-functional execution, driving segmentation and offer optimization work, and building executive-ready narratives for leadership forums. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in strategy, consulting, business management, or growth roles, with a strong background in problem-solving, analytics, and executive communication. The role requires a proven ability to influence across teams, operate with ambiguity, and deliver complex programs in large organizations. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a preference is given to those with 3 years' post-MBA experience, consulting background, and experience in financial services. The ideal candidate will be adept at using AI and automation to improve decision-making and operational efficiency and will be expected to monitor market trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
