Communicate effectively with parents and the community regarding student progress. Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student development. Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities. Mentor and train new teachers, fostering a collaborative team culture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Valid teaching license and certification in early childhood education. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people. Proficient in educational technology and classroom management tools.
