Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and mentor a group of agents to reach their full professional potential.

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our long-term goals at The Atlantic District.

Meet directly with individuals and families in the Waldorf area to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.

Build and maintain a robust network of local partnerships to expand our footprint in the region.

Monitor market trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant to our clients.

Cultivate an office atmosphere where collaboration and support are prioritized every single day.

Requirements

Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or financial services.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a sales team toward hitting specific targets.

Strong organizational skills for managing client pipelines and lead generation.

Clear and empathetic communication style for building lasting client relationships.

Familiarity with local community outreach in Waldorf and the surrounding Maryland area.
