Responsibilities Appear daily in court virtually, telephonically, and at times in person. Accurately draft pleadings and correspondence for clients across various legal issues. Communicate with clients regularly via phone, video, email, or other means. Conduct legal research at the direction of clients, managing attorneys, or partners. Review documents submitted by clients or in support of other attorneys and staff. Skills & Qualifications Reliable, client‑focused, and capable of working independently. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work ethic. Self‑motivated and team‑oriented, able to work both independently and within a team. Ability to balance and address new challenges as they arise and an eagerness to take ownership of a variety of tasks. Calm under pressure, keeping a level head in a fast‑paced environment, and able to communicate quickly and concisely over phone and email. Required Qualifications J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school. Licensed to practice law within the State of Nevada. In good standing with the State Bar of Nevada. Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of litigation experience making regular court appearances. 1–2 years of experience in the practice area of landlord‑tenant law. 1–2 years of experience in the practice area of contract law.
