Associate Attorney

Job Description Job Description Busy insurance defense law firm seeks an attorney licensed in Nevada for full time employment. Applicant must have at least 3 - 7 years of experience and must have experience in Personal Injury or Insurance Defense. Applicant is permitted to work remotely, however, must be available for in person appearances and trials. Applicant must be proficient in handling cases from start to finish, including drafting responsive pleadings and motions, handling discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlements, reporting to clients, etc. Applicant must be able to handle a full case load and must be detail oriented and have strong organization, communication, and computer skills.
