Shift hours:6:00am to 4:00pm(Wednesday to Sunday) CNC Machine Operator Position Overview: Operate CNC Machine Operator and inspect finished parts. CNC Machine Operator Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications): Experience with lathe/mill turning machines or trade school CNC Machine Operator certificate. Experience using the Fanuc control preferred. Working knowledge of various materials & tools (inserts, endmills, drills Etc.) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills and positive can-do attitude Must be dependable and possess a willingness to learn new techniques. mechanically inclined Mechanical aptitude: A strong understanding of mechanical principles. Attention to detail: The ability to work with tight tolerances where precision is critical. Technical knowledge: The ability to read blueprints and specifications and basic knowledge of G-code programming or CAD/CAM software. Problem-solving: The ability to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments. Safety consciousness: Adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols. Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with other team members Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Verify components are produced to print (dimensional and visual inspection) Change tools. Make offsets. Load material and remove scrap. Fill out various paperwork.
