Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a two-month temporary assignment in Buford, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, is highly organized, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

The Data Entry Specialist will support a variety of data entry and administrative functions, including entering and updating information, reviewing records for accuracy, correcting discrepancies, maintaining electronic files, and assisting with data cleanup and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain information within company systems and databases
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors
• Organize and maintain electronic records and documentation
• Assist with data cleanup and special projects
• Collaborate with team members to ensure information is entered accurately and within established deadlines
• Follow established processes and confidentiality requirements
• Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and electronic records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes
• Reliable attendance and ability to commit to the full two-month assignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience
• Previous experience with SAP is preferred but not required
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to perform standard office-related duties
