We’re looking for motivated Junior Account Executives who are ready to challenge themselves, develop valuable business skills, and grow within a performance-driven environment. No extensive sales background is required—we provide the training, coaching, and mentorship needed to help you succeed. What You’ll Be Doing Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs. Conduct face-to-face presentations and recommend solutions tailored to each business. Develop new business accounts and build long-term client relationships. Represent our client and its solutions with professionalism and integrity. Take ownership of your assigned territory and manage your daily sales activity. Track individual performance and key sales metrics to consistently improve results. Work alongside a supportive, competitive team focused on achieving collective and individual goals. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development. Experienced in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment—or eager to learn. Bachelor's or Associate's degree and previous leadership experience are preferred, but not required. What You Can Expect at ONYX Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped performance-based compensation.
