Front Desk Receptionist | Director Of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.)

At HealthCARE Express, we believe every patient experience starts the moment someone walks through our doors. That's why we're looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team as a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.).

If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people, stays calm in a busy environment, and takes pride in making others feel welcome, we'd love to hear from you.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a positive, welcoming experience while keeping the front office running efficiently. Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy and working as part of a supportive team.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients
• Answer incoming calls
• Verify insurance and demographic information
• Collect payments
• Scan documents into patient charts
• Help maintain accurate records
• Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure patients receive excellent service from check-in to check-out

Previous medical office experience is a plus, but it isn't required. We value people who are dependable, eager to learn, provide outstanding customer service, and are willing to jump in wherever they're needed.

Schedule & Pay

• $15.00 per hour
• 30+ hours each week
• 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
• Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
