Onboarding Specialist
Ateeca Inc
3-5+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience, including onboarding, training delivery, and safety/quality processes. Understanding of manufacturing safety, quality systems, and standard work. Familiar with WI-based training/qualification, skills matrices, and training recordkeeping (LMS experience a plus). Able to plan and deliver onboarding through classroom and hands-on training with strong coordination and attention to detail. Strong communication and coaching skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly. Maintain training records, track progress, and support compliance/audit activities. English proficiency required; Spanish or Japanese a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or LMS for tracking and reporting training. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ateeca Inc
