Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to payroll and business processes.
\n
• Analyze information from multiple sources and translate findings into clear business and functional documentation.
\n
• Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, test plans, test scripts, and test results.
\n
• Assist with developing and executing testing for payroll systems and related downstream systems.
\n
• Support system design, implementation, testing, and process improvement activities.
\n
• Analyze payroll processes and related system interfaces that impact payroll systems and the General Ledger.
\n
• Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate business and technical information.
\n
• Assist in identifying and documenting internal controls to support audit requirements.
\n
• Manage multiple assignments and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
\n
• Work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
\n
• Experience working with payroll processes.
\n
• Hands-on SAP Payroll experience is required.
\n
• 3–5 years of experience in Payroll, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
\n
• Experience with business systems analysis, functional design, documentation, and process modeling.
\n
• Experience supporting system design and implementation.
\n
• Experience with UAT, regression testing, test planning, test execution, and test documentation.
\n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
\n
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
\n
• Experience working with payroll systems, interfaces, and downstream financial systems is highly desirable.
\n
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand multiple labor agreements.
\n
