salary: $17.9 - $17.91 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 4:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

The Packer Lead will be expected to ensure that department Standard Operating Procedures are followed, assisting the Pack line Supervisor with the packing department. Ensure employees are following SSOP's. Assisting in overseeing and training packers the correct process and ensuring all products are being sorted, graded, hand packed, and repacked a based on rotation during the fruit packing season. Under the direction of the supervisor; talent will assist with placing employees on different pack lines and giving employees instructions on daily tasks depending on client orders. Assisting with up to 130 employees during peak season. Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 20 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
