What You'll Do

• Build agricultural and commercial projects across Wisconsin
• Use hand and power tools to bring projects to life
• Work alongside an experienced crew that supports and teaches each other
• Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
• Solve problems, tackle challenges, and take pride in quality craftsmanship

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team player who communicates well and works safely
• Willingness to travel as needed
