Foot & Ankle Sales Representative - St. Louis
Stryker
Stryker seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative based in St. Louis to sell orthopedic products to surgeons and healthcare facilities. The role is field-based with 30% travel, requiring deep product expertise and strong relationship-building skills in operating room environments.
Responsibilities
- Sell Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in assigned territory
- Develop expertise in Stryker products and competitive offerings to advise customers
- Provide product training and consultation during operating room procedures
- Manage and maintain product inventory and ensure availability for customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals in the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
- Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals
- Comfort working in emergency and operating room environments
- Ability to attend meetings outside regular hours and travel 30% of the time
- Commitment to compliance, ethics, and confidentiality standards
Compensation: 100% commission eligible for bonuses and benefits
