Account Executive - St. Louis, MO/Central, IL

Waters (formerly BD Biosciences) seeks an Account Executive in St. Louis/Central Illinois to drive sales growth across diagnostic product portfolios. The role involves developing strategic account plans, managing multi-stakeholder relationships, and coordinating the sales process with clinical and hospital stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory and account sales plans to grow assigned diagnostic products
- Communicate clinical and economic value to multiple stakeholders and decision makers
- Manage sales process across clinical laboratory, infectious disease, pharmacy, and hospital administration
- Drive demand generation, product demonstrations, and new customer acquisition strategies
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for Manual Microbiology, Blood Culture, TB, ID/AST, and Molecular Diagnostics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of top 20% sales performance with laboratory products
- At least 1 year of clinical laboratory or hospital sales experience
- Clinical market sales, financial, or technical selling background
- Medical Technology (MT ASCP) or Microbiology degree preferred
Compensation: $100,000 - $190,000 annual (base plus incentive)
