A-Line Staffing is now hiring for a Hospice RN. The Hospice RN would be working for a major company and has career growth otential.

Hospice RN Compensation

Pay rate: $56.14 per hour
Shift and work schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and participate in the on-call rotation

Hospice RN Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessment of high-risk members.
Collaborate with primary care providers to implement individualized care plans.
Address and continuously reassess cost-efficient, appropriate levels of care.
Coordinate care transitions as needed.
Keep detailed records of clinical, functional, and fiscal outcomes.
Act as a patient advocate by protecting privacy and confidentiality issues.

Hospice RN QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, on-call rotation required.
Counties covered: Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, and VanBuren.

Education/Licenses Needed

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
Current, unrestricted state Registered Nurse license.
Case Management certification.
