IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician, seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for a contract position providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for end users in a high-volume enterprise environment Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, VPN, and connectivity issues Document troubleshooting steps and escalate complex technical issues as necessary Required Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk environments Strong troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Windows 11 Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive Familiarity with networking fundamentals including IP addressing and DNS Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts including MFA and phishing awareness
