Quality Engineer

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements, support customer requirements, and ensure compliance with ISO standards across plant operations. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and customers to solve problems, improve processes, and elevate product quality.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams on quality requirements and issues
  
  
• Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  
  
• Analyze and present data (SPC) to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  
  
• Partner with engineering on new product launches and validation processes
  
  
• Monitor production through audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
  
  
• Travel to customer/supplier sites as needed to resolve quality concerns
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  
  
• 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  
  
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
  
  
• Experience with SPC, TQM, DOE, and continuous improvement (Kaizen)
  
  
• Proven problem-solving skills in a production setting
  
  

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
