Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license for the state
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of IEP development and implementation

• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to a diverse student population
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, addressing a variety of motor, mobility, and developmental needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to help teams develop and monitor individualized plans
• Assess, document, and report on student progress according to school and legal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Educate school staff and caregivers on strategies for student success throughout the school day
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as district protocols
