Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid Physical Therapy licensure
• Previous experience as a PT in a school setting, or strong desire to apply school-based practices
• Understanding of developmental, physical, and educational needs of school-aged children
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage caseload independently and adapt therapy plans as needed
• Commitment to onsite, in-person work for the full 26/27 school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct physical therapy services onsite, adapting techniques to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP and team meetings
