Logistics Coordinator
Logistics Coordinator plans - also troubleshoots delivery errors and discrepancies, and provides support for the Famous Transportation and Warehouse Teams as needed.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Delivery Route Preplanning
- Review customer order requirements, customer pickups and supplier pickups
- Scheduling delivery time-windows
- Coordinating delivery requests with sales associates
- Conflict resolution for any delivery errors or discrepancies
- Distribution Center Contact for:
- FedEx/UPS small parcel scheduling
- Special order requests
- General warehouse IT Support as needed
Required Experience and Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
