Administrative Support

Responsibilities Providing support to the General Manager and Engineering Department. Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, etc. Entering customer orders and coordinating with Purchasing, Shipping and Production as needed Handling communications with customers regarding orders and order status via phone, email, and in-person. Assisting Safety committee as needed; taking notes at meetings, driving employees to clinic as needed. Entering new customers into system and completing credit reference forms. Maintain a safe and organized work space while following all comapny policies, including safety. Assisting with other projects and research as needed. Qualifications Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office. Professional manner and strong ethical code. Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
