A leading hospitality and entertainment operation is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across restaurants, events, banquets, and concessions. This role is ideal for a culinary leader who can deliver high-quality food at scale while developing teams, controlling costs, and maintaining strong operational standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily culinary and kitchen operations across multiple food service settings

• Develop menus, oversee food production, and maintain consistency, presentation, and quality

• Plan staffing and production for daily service and large-scale events

• Manage food costs, labor, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen efficiency

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop culinary and stewarding teams

• Coordinate banquet and event execution with operations and event teams

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and equipment standards

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, and guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 8+ years of progressive culinary experience

• Strong background in high-volume food production, banquets, large events, hospitality, or similar environments

• Previous culinary leadership or kitchen management experience

• Strong understanding of food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and operational budgets

• Proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams

• Creative approach to menu development and food presentation

• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

• ServSafe or Food Handler certification

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, early mornings, and holidays based on business needs
