Beth Wilker, State Farm Insurance is searching for a competitive sales and service team member who can recognize opportunities and provide remarkable customer experience into long-lasting customer relationships. As our team member, you will be able to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value If you are energetic, goal-oriented, sales and service-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- No experience in insurance is needed since we train in all areas
