Boiler License Preferred Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the apartment property Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems Conduct routine building inspections and preventative maintenance Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests Maintain boilers, heating systems, and related equipment Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs, painting, and basic renovations Assist with snow removal, grounds maintenance, and seasonal property upkeep Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards Qualifications Previous maintenance, facilities, or property maintenance experience preferred Boiler License strongly preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
