Sales Bdc Representative
At McGrath Honda St. Charles, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships. As a leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales BDC Representative to join our team. If youre passionate about sales, customer service, and helping people find the right solutions, we want to hear from you! This is the heartbeat of our dealership where all of the customers first contact occurs over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule sales appointments.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customers' needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a strong desire to succeed.
